A couple images from last year.

Illumination provided by a Coleman lantern. This photo is a 30 second exposure at Lake Powell. Last fall I went on a "photo mission". I have been wanting to do this for years. I finally did it. Lorie drove the boat and I took pictures. Lots of fun and no one was there. Click on the photo and you'll be able see the stars in the larger image. Very cool!

Bush Highway. I hope the people in the truck are heading toward greener pastures.

Its impossible to head anywhere but greener pastures when you're coming from the desert. I still remember when you showed me the slides from this trip, they were fantastic... nothing like slide film.

The water must have been incredibly still - thinking about what everything had to be for the boat photo to come together kind of puts you into it. Nice shot.

insane color in the sky, its that nice surrealness of night photographs.
